The contact owns a 2005 Volvo S40. The contact stated that the rear passenger side carpet was saturated with water after a rain storm. The cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The local dealer was not notified. The failure mileage was 45,506. Consumer stated the foam in roof of car is crumbling and roof seams are no longer intact.
