The contact owns a 2007 Volvo C70. While driving at various speeds, the vehicle had a delayed response. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the brake booster failed and needed to be repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 08V101000 (service brakes, hydraulic). The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 80,000.
