Bought Vento diesel Nov 2011. Volkswagen is a failure in India, Tomer care not customer friendly. Dealer earn maximum in service by telling engine problem. Vehicle lying in Guwahati SM Auto. Demanding 2.5 - 3 lakhs Rupee. A doctor vehicle av run 10-20 kms. Regular servicing from the same dealer. CCR 19448 complaint number. Adulteration of Oil was the explanation given. Vehicle started having starting problems after 2nd servicing. Service personal always busy having lunch from 1 pm to 3 pm. I'm surprise when do their work.
Cause of failure, Greed & cheap engine. Part non repairable & very costly. Only God can help you if by mistake you buy Volkswagen. Better to shift to Maruti or Hundai. TOTALLY A USELESS COMPANY. PLS READ OTHER COMPLAINTS. THANKS CUSTOMERS
