head light wire burned which burned control module, i
Problem head light wiring harness lost insulation, wiring burned which burned control module. VW corporate assigned a file number but said they could do nothing since the dealership didn't know what caused the problem. Asked if wiring defective or was to much voltage for the wire gauge. VW acted like this was a first. Did research and found others reporting the same problem of insulation gone. VW has a problem they are not addressing with the potential of a fire on the road or on the garage, a great liability!!
