I took the car in on the 24th for servicing for a 1700 mile journey. Myself along with my wife and my newborn are relocating from Washington state to Kansas (military move). 2 hrs into the journey the AC quit and we had to stop and get a hotel. Our newborn strapped to a seat was burning up in the 109 degree temperatures. For the rest of the journey we had to drive north with the windows down. We tried to get the car fixed at dealerships but none would even look at the car. The solution the dealership gave us was to rent a car and pay to ship the car when they finish working on it.
