Purchased new 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan SEl Premium R-Type 4-motion. Sales man explained Volkswagen Carnet service. Called VW Carnet, and ordered subscription. A week later, and I got a call that I hadn't pushed button to activate. I had pushed button at least 100 times. They got nasty with me.
I took it to dealer, and a week later was told problem wasn't repairable! Volkswagen sells defective new vehicles and will not make good on electrical failures. Car has emergency braked to a stop, cruise control has failed working, collision avoidance system failed, lane departure has nudged car towards another lane while system is turned off. Volkswagen customer care are no help! Safety systems started to work again. Scared of the Death Trap Volkswagen refuses to repair by stating there is no fix for their faulty electronics!
