Update from Jun 24, 2019: After the scan, an error shows the problem. But, the needed part to be replacer is backordered.... so I have to come back to the dealer again in one week or two.
Update from Jul 4, 2019: Dealer called back after 10 days. They have the piece ready. They scheduled an appointment and they are giving me a replacement car for the day. Everything free of charge, as it should.
