Brand new 2019 VW Tiquan. The Carnet buttons: i, wrench, and SOS are inoperable. Someone else has reported this issue in June 2019. Dealer says they know of only one other vehicle with same issue so that's 3 I'm aware. Doesn't do any good to emergency services in your vehicle if they don't work. Very frustrated!
