first of all the VW assistance is terrible, when selling the car they are very kindly, prompt to help, but when sold it, they don't give you the necessary attention. The Tiguan was my worst car ever, this car average is 15 MPG, this does not make any sense, the autonomy is around 240 miles per tank. Talked with the dealership and with the VW assistance, and nothing, they don't really give a sh.. to you. This is a leasing car. I would like if there is a possibility to return this piece of metal to the dealership.
