Check Engine light appeared. P2015 error. Intake Manifold was replaced under extended warranty. The Intake Manifold was extended to 10yr/100k miles. Because the labor for removing the intake manifold was part of the warranty, carbon cleanings are usually half of the normal costs. Might be a good idea to take advantage of that if you plan on keeping the car a little longer.

Car was driving really inefficiently and needed the intake manifold replaced. Needed this done to pass inspection. VW makes you also pay for decarboxylation with this repair and it is very expensive! The car wasn’t that old to have such a major engine issue!
