My seat belt would just lock up and not retracted and this slowly got worst over time notice it more when it was hot. Upon investigation it was the steel ball bearing used as a G-senor locking mechanism when it was hot the steel ball would expand causing it to lock, plus if the car wasn't perfectly level it would roll out of center thinking the car was accelerating or braking locking the seat belt, removal of the steel ball has solved this issue.
