Larry H Miller Volkswagon is a bunch of rip off''s. Of course my warranty has expired, bunch of crap every time you call them with a service issue, even with a warranty it will cost you $100.00. They told me of a couple or recalls and if it was anyone of those problems they will fix it under the extended warranty. But here is the catch, the car does not move and it will still cost me $110.00 to have a diagnostics done on the car even though I had one done already for free. The rep went to say but if the car has 120K miles then that warranty has also expired.
I have already had the fuel pump replaced on this car. Now I don't have a car to drive, Larry H. Miller will not help but they want me to pay $120. It is suppose to be a free fix. This car has been nothing but trouble. I have had it now for one year and two mos and I get no help from Larry H Miller Volkswagon of Avondale AZ.
Pissed off customer, somebody from a law firm, please call me.
