INVOICE 1 and Date 05/27/2017 IGNITION KEY WILL NOT TURN TO THE OFF POSITION. (Key stuck in the Ignition).
The reason for this Complaint is that when I was looking at my invoice I see that I was charged not only to REMOVE the KEY but also for the Ignition Cylinder, Switch, Steer lock and Bolt that was a total of $614.42. Understand that the car is 4 years old.
When I purchased this car the Dealership manager was the owner of this car so they told me that everything was up to date and that nobody was going to take care of a car better than the dealership manager.
