CarComplaints.com Notes: VW gave the Tiguan a facelift with new headlights, a fancier grille, and improved performance. Unfortunately they didn't address what gave most 2010 owners headaches --- engine problems.

both rear power motors are out. Noticed when vehicle went in for the recall of fuse panel repair. Dealer stated, yes both are out and would cost $800.00 each to repair. Showed no sympathy, knowing this is no ordinary occurrence - has put sour taste in my mouth about the dealership. Dealer has not contacted me since regarding this vehicle other than offers to purchase new vehicles.
