The dealer quickly fixed this one with no charge and I didn't have to deal with VW customer service. I'm not really sure that was the problem or they even fixed anything. They didn't even give me any paperwork! The saga continues though, the POS is back in today for another oil leak. I'll add that one and my VIN as soon as I can.
