I was ready to change the flat tire and I realize the security key for lug was missing. The dealer asked me to pay $80 for new key and they were very rude when I asked for free replacement since the key was missing. They will not offer new key because the dealer it is under a new owner (Muller VW, Highland Park, IL) and since I purchased the car from previous owner (North Shore VW, Highland Park, IL) they are not responsible.
