New Continental tires on new car were wearing oddly. I had car inspected for problems and alignment and it was found not the fault of the car nor myself. The tires 205-55-16 91H were reported to me as manufacture defect. They ware in small spots causing the rubber to wear to cord. Very difficult for consumer to see if tire is not in just the right spot to happen to notice. This could lead to a blow out and accident. The dealers fot the tire and the manufacturer have refused to address this issue. The distributors say is a manufacture defect but hard for them to be reimbursed so they don't want to deal with it. 2 of my 4 tires have this.
