Valve body replacement covered under TSB recall: Valve body replaced 3 times by VW under warranty: (1) VW dealership in NC (40k) (2) twice at napeltons VW Orlando (60k, 99k) At the last warranty period just prior to the extended 100K warranty due to known issues I questioned dealership on what happens when 20k miles later when this issue happens again. A design flaw clearly exists and is known yet the fix is not really a fix. It is more of a band-aid until next time. Dealership said they would replace it again for free is this happens again. Not at 130k - the dealership is saying its not their problem and that I need a new transmission. They can not show me any codes or evidence as prior of whats going on. Simply horrible business practices by VW of america and Napelton VW
