Hi, I bought new VW Polo Street 1.4 manual, never get test drive because they didn't have car for test. when I get new car first drive to home and I realise clicking sound when releasing clutch in the first gear, after three days I call them about a problem an they seed bring the car. I bring the car next day, they ask me witch petrol is in , I seed 93 and they correct me you must use 95. Ok they told me they will change patrol to 95 and car will be good. after two days VW Fourways call me , they fix car 80 % but in week time will be 100% when all 93 petrol is gone from the engine. I was happy take car back and after tree days car lose the power and noise was worse then before when changing the gears. I call VW and explain that problem is worse then before, they send driver to collect car and they change petrol again from 95 to 93. VW call me afternoon, car is fixed and VW Technician go test drive with me and explain about this Polo Street 1.4 is small engine and you need to press gas pedal for more acceleration to escape clicking noise from the clutch. I didn't agree with him because new car mast go without clicking noise. I still waiting VW Fourways to fix my Polo Street 1.4 or to gave me another new car without any problem.
