My vw polo is a 2014 September plate. The power steering was so heavy I could hardly turn the wheel. It was parked at the time and had been fine when I left it.
It was recovered to VW and they replaced the power steering until, £719. The car was 3 months out of warranty.
Still didn't work and they say they can't get the car to accept the new part. They now want to replace the steering column £1800 total .,surely on a 3 year old car this is not right. It is well below average miles and has been VW serviced all the time.
