Seat belt locked.
VW needs to order new part.
They do not have courtesy cars to provide me, nor do they want to hire or give me one off the floor .
I need to go to work but I can't coz I do not have transport.
So pissed off! In my opinion VW needs to restructure their management style, then I might consider buying from them again!
