Own a VW Polo 1.2 TSI year 2011. After 20000KM+ notice sound at gearbox when slowing (gear change) and
sometime when accelerating..Requested service centre to check on it but after twice, still same answer -
"no problem of your gearbox. only the sound which is normal for all Polos" Thats it?!!
Update from Nov 11, 2015: Service centre mentioned that its normal sound for all Polo with 7 speed transmission. But to me its a defect, as when car slows down, the sound's like a manual car when slowing but did not change to lower gear.
