Right when my car crossed 102500 kms the MIL came on and then when i took the car to the authorised volkswagen service centre , they told me that there is an egr failure and the whole egr have to be replaced which was a bomb around INR40000 but when i went to an out of the company workshop they told me that the failure wasnt the complete EGR but the EGR VALVE , so the EGR VALVE should be replaced which should be costing me a huge INR30000 and now i am completely stuck with the problem especially when using a highly reputed manufacturers vehicle like volkswagen especially when i had replaced the pressure convertor and two front wheel speed sensors costing me a bill of INR 14000 right about 5 days before this problem showed up , and especially when i have to spend around an amount of INR 10000 on timing kit at 120000kms , and all this just after 1lakh kms that too when maintained completely at a volkswagen service centre with genuine parts , i better get a resolution on this problem from the company side since i have to pay this much on a small car like polo , that too on engine failures amd other component failures and the car has right away became a pain in the ass now a days for me , since the MIL lights come on everytym and i have to go to the service centre frequently. I would like any company officials to contact me soon inorder to help me out with this issue , especially since its an engine component which is of priority to the engine.
