Shark Fin Antenna became loose on my 2020 Passat R-Line. I was washing my car one day and noticed that I could lift the entire antenna up and the seal to the antenna was turned inside out. Took it to the dealer and they automatically tried saying that I hit something and that it looked like it was my fault. I told them I had a dashcam to prove I had not hit anything, and then it turned into an issue that happened in the factory. Apparently the seal to the antenna was not properly seated from the factory and the bolts tore away from the roof. Waiting 3 weeks for a new antenna from Germany.
