The car just did not start after a gas station store stop. The EPC light was on. Luckly I was at a gas station and had to stuck there about an hour. I could get an appoinment from Auto Nation Mall of Georgia about two weeks later. I had to park it in my garage for that time, that was also too bad. It is a new habit, every company is hiding behind Covid to not give a regular service. But we can not say, I am going to pay two weeks later.
After two weeks, I went to the service and waited about 5 hours. After they said "we are waiting for an approval about part replacement" it took another two hours them to say they do not have the part. I just thought they have the part and after approval they were going to replace it. They are annoyingly ignorant about your time. When they find out the problem, they already knew the part is not in their stock.
After a couple of days, they changed the fuel pump and said the car is repaired, and was ready for pickup. However that was not. That is the story of the second complaint.
