A D V E R T I S E M E N T S

And that was a really cold Saturday night and everybody was waiting for the big winter storm and snow on Sunday. And at another gas station stop my car did the same thing. This time that was really scary, because we were expecting a too bad weather condition for the night and that was about 7:30 pm on Saturday. Service is closed, there are not many tow trucks around.

The issue was the same, car did not start. I tried about one and half hour and finally my car's engine started and I drove to my home as fast as I could. After the scary weekend I left my car at the dealer on Monday morning. That was the third time. Today I has been 10 days and I have no idea what the issue was. Also they stopped turning back to my calls and texts. That is also annoying.

And from the first time I had this issue and went to the dealer, it has been almost one month. The detail about this situation is, I am an Uber and Grubhub driver. All the three times I had this issue in the past month, I was working and sometimes I was in an active delivery assignment. And if you are working with your car and earning your life with that, one month without your car is a very serious issue. And your dealer does not see any problem about not turning back your calls or giving an answer about your car.

People can repair cars, sooner or later. But if those people are a big part of that problem, that can not be repaired. That is why my next car is not going to be a Volkswagen and my next car dealer definitely is not going to be Auto Nation Mall of Georgia.

My car had an EPC light on warning and did not start. The dealer, Auto Nation Mall of Georgia, replaced the fuel pump and called me the car was ready.

I picked my car up at around 4pm and drove back to my home. In the next morning around 9am, I had the same issue and the car did not start after another gas station stop, near my home. I had to sent it to the dealer on a tow truck just on the next day and less than 24 hours of my previous pickup. That was the seccond time.

It took about one more week to find out what was wrong. This time the story was contaminated fuel. (the story is different but my issue is the same) Because of the problem's structure, this time my coverage did not pay the service costs, so I had to pay more than 400$ for a problem which was not my fault. What a great coverage right?

They drained the fuel, cleaned the fuel system and told me the car was ready for pickup. My bill was also waiting for me. I picked my car up expecting this time that is okay. But was it? It took about 3 days to find out.
