For a new vehicle with less than 5,000 miles it sure does have its list of issues. The most annoying is the Transmission. If you leave it in Drive it will usually be OK, but the second you want to upshift in TIP mode, it bangs into gear. The lag between downshifts is significant and of something I would expect from a car from the 90's.
When the car is cold the transmission will hang in the lower gears and abruptly shift after 4,000 RPM.
