We had the heater core replaced at the Volkswagen dealer. They charged 1700.00 dollars to change it. It was a clear jelled sludge that was in it. We were told it was caused from the def fluid. "It is blocked again now" with probably the same sludge.
This is going to be a recurring problem, it is looking like.
