About 1/4 of the time when I start the car, the headlight/tailight out warning indicator comes on and the LCD display says "Check Left Front Indicator Light." Yet, no lights are malfunctioning. Can make the warning light disappear simply by adjusting the headlight switch from "Auto" to manual, and pulling it out to engage the fog lights then drive for about 10 seconds. Warning light goes out; return light switch to auto = bak to normal. Until I start car next time (well, about 20% of the time....in no discernible pattern like it will happen once a week, then happen 4 times in a row, then go on hiatus for a few days.. WTF??
