So my car shut off driving down the hwy going approximately 35mph. I heard a pop sound and the car will turn over as if it will crank but will not start. had a diesel mechanic look at it. He said my whole fuel system is damage/metal was in it. and everything need to be changed such as all 4 injectors the hoses fuel pump & tank needed to be dropped. Pressure sensor.. What can I do? the cost for this to be fixed is $5,400 & my warranty does not cover this. The codes reading on my car as a error is p0087/p191 fuel rail pressure sensor too low... What can I do to fix my car at a cheaper route!!!
