Easily done when your parking to get in and ride with other person and having to grab items out of trunk to take with you. Had to call Volkswagon assistance, which had to wait for about an hour and a half, which when he managed to get the drivers side door opened and it scratched up paint on inside of door also the car handle that you have to use each time you get out of the car and it has cut my fingers on several occasions because of the chrome like coating being scratched up. When the car door was unlocked, the electrical system was shut down making it impossible to use any of the devices like trunk release. So I was still stuck for hours in a parking lot trying to figure a way of getting the back seat down in order to get into the trunk. All my keys were in the trunk, my house keys also which I was like 50 miles away from home so I would of had to have someone take me all the way home which wouldn't of down any good considering I would of had to try to break into my home because my house keys were in the trunk also. It was NOT a very comfortable position to be in, considering it being night time and myself being a single woman and a long way away from home with still a ways to drive. It took over 6 hours before managing to figure out a way to get the back seats down in order to get into trunk!
