It is hard for me to not understand how a 2013 vehicle somehow cant be opened from the air, like a 2007 G35 Infinity and a 2011 BMW, that I previously owned. Which with each one of them my keys were locked in the vehicle and I called the vehicle assistance each time and they were able to unlock it from the air by me telling them who I was and what vehicle and the locked out issue. I guess that's why I cant understand why Volkswagon could not do the same. The second time it happened I wasn't nearly as far a way from home, however Volkswagon informed me when I called that I would have to pay for a wrecker service or locksmith to come out and get me in this time, when the first time it happened I what good did it do for volkswagon assistance to come out because as far as where my key was (in the trunk), being able to be retrived! A really bad issue because its not unlikely to happen.
