I bought my car at Walker Volkswagen in New Orleans. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. This is the 7th time in 2 months that my car is back in the shop for the same exact problem which is the tire light keeps coming on and my tires are losing air yet they keep insisting it is a computer problem! The computer part of my car as been completely reset twice and it still has not fixed the issue. I continued to call customer care in TN. They are not helpful at all and are not willing to do a buy back or a refund which is def. what I want being VW has no earthly clue what is wrong with my car. I will never again ever buy a VW!!!!!! I am now involving a third party do to the lack of help, concern or care from these rude ass people!!!! I'm not sure how these people can even sleep at night with the way they lie to and treat customers! Make sure you always get a receipt for every time your car goes in the shop no matter what its for. They refuse to give me a receipt on a day my mom brought my car in for this continuous issue. My car is only 7mths old.
