We purchased the car new in 2012 and have done all maintenance that was required. Within weeks of our transmission going at 66,000 miles and now the heater for the blue fluid for diesel at 67,000. I will never purchase a VW or a diesel vehicle again! Over all repair amounts were 7,650. Luckily VW picked up the expense of the transmission. Sad part is I am still making car payments for an overprized piece of crap!
