sunroof leaking causing floorwell flooding passenger side
I owned a 2002 Saab 9 3 never had any issues with the sunroof or flooded floor well. I had the Saab for 12 years.
If this is a problem with the Volkswagens Passat or any Volkswagens it should be fixed by the manufacturer.
As I researched I found that there has been a class action suit in the past for the same problem with previous years Volkswagens. If this is to be a continual problem maybe they need to do further testing which should be a priority before cars are equipped with sunroofs or the manufacturer should provide a yearly inspection as to avoid such grief and annoyance to the consumers at no cost no matter how many times it needs to be repaired to function properly. This is a hazard to health which can actually grow mold and an added expense to replace carpet, sunroof and wiring and other parts that the water has affected the operation of the vehicles electrical system and other damage that can also to be a danger! Lives matter don't you think?
Why is it a problem to be accountable?
