My 2006 VW Passat is experiencing issues with standing water in front passenger floor well now. I have not been part of the class action suit previously, is there any recourse for me now? Who do I contact? I found that there is a class action suit about this issue. Because of the moisture in the car all the windows and windshields fog up and that makes driving extremely hazardous for quite awhile and also makes the AC run poorly. It could very well cause a major accident and probably has. It has made me late for work a couple of times.
I had my drains unclogged and the auto body person showed me the drains were clear and showed me that when he poured water on the tracks of moonroof it drains into the car. There is mold that is trying to establish a home and basically the carpet is very damaged, ruined?
I need help!!! It took this long to find out about drainage issues.
