Driver's window suddenly drops down inside the door after hitting the window power control. This is a manufacturing and parts defect. Consumers are paying for their shortcut and to make matters worse, VW is not correcting the problem to make the power windows reliable - This is the second time this has happened to the same vehicle & window over the life of this car. I expected so much better quality out of Volkswagen... What a shame on them!

3 windows in my Passat have fallen into the door and no longer roll up. My son and I fixed it when the first one fell off, now three have come off .
