I bought my car used and it had an outstanding e-brake recall. The local Stealer put some do-dad on the e-brake line at the rear wheel. Well this wonderful item rubs on the poly fuel tank when the suspension gets compressed (ie driving over a speed bump, bumpy road etc.). I figured a recall would have fixed something, now I'm probably going to have to go to court with VW and the Dealer to get this fixed. It's pretty darn obvious what is causing the problem too.
