Musky smell coming out of AC vents when AC was turned on. Without AC on, no smell at all. Mold had grown in the condenser unit (really hard to reach in the middle, deepest area under the dashboard. So, most efficient solution: spray fungicide through AC vents (including intake vent) while running the system at high speed and hot, temperatures (recirculating, when spraying in the cabin ac vents).
As preventative/auxiliary measure, AC was turned off about 3 min before arriving to any destination. After 3 months of that, the bad smell is almost completely gone.
