As I was driving on a 2 lane residential, I was slowing down to merge onto the left-turning lane. Once I got onto the left-turning lane I had my foot on the brake completely since it was a red light. Suddenly the car jolted forward almost hitting the vehicle in front of me! I'm used to giving cars space and I am thankful I had at least 5 feet from the vehicle in front or else I would have definitely hit it! I am going to be dropping my car off at the closest VW dealership tomorrow to get this looked at. I am hoping it is not the ABS.
