2017 Jetta GLI with 22,640 miles. Wheel speed sensor failed disabling traction control, abs, airbag and cruise control. VW would not cover the repair even with such low miles because the warranty had expired in time. They also refused to cover it under a "good will" warranty. The dealer mechanic knew exactly what it was saying - it was very common and that he had had one just the day before with similar mileage. With a little research I found lots of people with the same issue at low mileage. Seems like a recall and/or class action law suit to me. This was my third VW including a diesel that was involved with that big mess and it will be my last.
