At random, pressing the volume down button on the steering wheel control actually sends the "seek down" signal to the radio. This problem has increased in frequency over the period of our lease, starting within the first two months and 2,000 miles.
Took it into our dealer to address, and they were not able to replicate the error, and I'm not able to replicate it while driving, but when it occurs, it often happens multiple times within about 5 minutes, then not again for a month or two.
Before you dismiss this as me accidentally hitting the seek down button instead of volume down, they are not adjacent. One is on the left side and the other is on the right, making it impossible to accidentally hit one when you try to hit the other.
