AFTER SPENDING $942 TO FIX: mechanic installed a new breather valve, new coils, spark plus. The car ran fine for about a month. This week, the EPC light goes on and there's no oil! I call the mechanic, he says to give VW a try because he recalls issues with engines with high oil consumption. I call my local VW where I bought the car and they were useless!!! Didn't offer anything more than that, there's no active warranty but you can bring it in and we will ook, but it was 2009-2011 AUDI's that had this issue.
I call BS on VW! This is not my first time fighting with them for what should be fixed on their dime (the first was vehicle cylinder locks, which eventually turned into an extension on the warranty and I got my money back!)
