The one time I needed to run the ac, since it has been winter since I have owned car, it failed to come on. All dressed up for the evening and had to ride around with the windows open. I was a complete mess by the time I arrived to dinner. Had to take more time off work for a brand new car. This is the third time I have had to take this car in for a problem. The dealer is not helpful they are downright rude. They have no idea who you are even though I got this car from them just 4months ago. I am sorry I ever got involved with a Volkswagen. Never again. As soon as I can I am getting rid of Volkswagen and the VW of Salem county.
