Affected Component: LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES:DOORS:LATCH

Summary: Bring the vehicle into the shop. Thaw out the frozen door latch. Dry any moisture in the door latch with shop air. Install cap (shield,) for the door latch as listed in ETKA. Apply a spray lubricant to the door latch and retest operation.
