This technical bulletin was updated per powertain team and warranty team. Info from this bulletin is combined with TB 2031075 (V241208) and 2038161 (V241506) due to warranty extension claiming/processing confusion. (Basically 3 technical bulletins covering the same DTC were combined into 1 technical bulletin). By combining the three technical bulletins it allowed for archiving (removal from publication) of V241208 and V241506 stated above.
