I bought this car brand new and it's had the problem since I drove it off the lot. I've almost had 7 accidents because of it.
If you're at an intersection and want to turn left with a solid green, so you have to yield to traffic, and there's a small opening where you can make it, you push the accelerator pedal down and nothing happens, it's like it's pulling a freight train, then you push the pedal down more as the cars are coming closer then all of a sudden the wheels let loose, there's tire smoke, the T/C light is flashing and your coffee spills all over the interior not to mention multiple people honking their horns because you were going too slow and a crash was super close. The lag is unbearable! Even if you're at a stop sign and push the pedal to the floor, you accelerate like you're pulling the whole universe behind you, then it explodes with power. The lag is about 3 seconds between no power and 100% power with the pedal all the way down. If you're moving, it's fine. But it's when you're stopped, the lag happens. This is dangerous and it will cause a crash eventually!
