THE CLUTCH STARTED DISPLAYING PROBLEMS EARLY ON AT ABOUT 110000 MILES. MAKING NOISE AND RUNNING SLUGGISH. THEN AS IT GOT MORE MILES ON IT, IT STARTED TO SLIP. I HAD TO TAKE TO MECHANIC TO REPLACE AT $1400. IT WAS EXPENSIVE FIX.
In March 2013, VW replaced the clutch slave cylinder due to the "clicking" noise on the clutch. Now the noise is back and VW wants to do all sorts of investigations on it. Meanwhile I drive around with a vehicle that is irritating the living hell out of me. To make matters worse, every now and then the clutch pedal gets stuck.
Thanks VW !!!!!!!!
My next car will definitely not be VW.
