2nd time for the EPC light to come on and the engine to stall while idling in traffic on a hot day. I already know they'll tell me it's the engine coil...2nd time it's happened in the past 5 months.
I should not have to be replacing anything this expensive and dealing with driving on hwy and being scared I will be plowed over because my car won't accelerate!!! I am still making a car payment of $300 a month and will be for the next 3 years! This all started when my fuse under hood melted and had to be replaced thru recall!
2009 car should not have this kind of issue. See numerous complaints on line. Seems like it could be a very serious fire issue. Not happy. Hate this car before now even more.
Within one week each light went out. This included turn signals indoor lights, high beams etc. All lights went out. Independent car repair shops were not able to help. Had to go to dealer. They told me that they didn't know why it was happening but it was happening to many Jettas. Couldn't assure me that it wouldn't happen again. Car has low miles and well taken care of.
