First I noticed headlight on passenger side not working on low beam. Got a new bulb and which when mechanic tried to replace, he noticed the whole assembly was detached from frame! The bulb was working but since the assembly assembly was loose, it would not stay in. Ordered new assembly and mechanic replaced. Screws missing as well for alignment.
